[Scan-DC] FCC Search - Inactive call signs

Thanks John -
"Inactive" was my word, I was trying to remember what the term was that I
had seen in the FCC database... "expired" would probably have been a better
choice.
As recently as a year ago, I had been able to put in expired call signs and
they would show up, am thinking that FCC had changed something.
Another thing that I've noticed recently, is call signs for other gummint
stuff, like the NOAA weather stations (KHB36) and WWV, are not found any
more... they used to be!
Any thoughts?
