[Scan-DC] slow day?

One Potomac TRACON controller working 5+ frequencies. They just
switched or added another controller as of 1344z.

Freqs were 119.3, 119.85, 124.2, 124.7, 128.35

The reason I realized this was because I heard TRACON address ARMY 204
and I scanned all freqs but could not find him.
