[Scan-DC] 147.3?

I'm trying to standardize the programming on my (many!) scanners - going 
through them, I've found the frequency 147.300 in one of them... not sure 
why I put it in there!  I fiind nothing about it in the FCC database... 
anyone have any idea why I might have programmed it?  Is it possibly used by 
weather spotters?
