I sent this message to and got this reply from an informed source who is
not a member of Scan-DC. I took out the email address but included a link
to his website.

sir,
thank you for your message.
frequencies:
CSX AU and CM desks and Baltimore Terminal (all former B&O) use:
- road channel AAR 08 (160.23)
- dispatcher channel AAR 14 (160.32)
CSX CQ desk (former RF&P) uses:
- road channel AAR 96 (161.55)
- dispatcher channel AAR 20 (160.41)
CSX NI desk (former Conrail) uses:
- road + dispatcher channel AAR 46 (160.8)
if you don't have a scanner handy but have an internet connection,
I do run a shoutcast stream of the above -see .sig line below for
details.
CSX also uses ATCS radio code line:
- MCP channel is 02 (896.9375)
- BCP channel is 02 (935.9375)
I also serve up the BCP data stream, once again see the .sig line
below for details. for details on monitoring ATCS data see
http://www.atcsmon.com
towers:
there are voice relay towers in Marriottsville and
Frederick that I know of, and others whose location
I haven't had occasion to establish.
I hope this helps.
thank you.
