Andrews w/ Unknown. Asked Unk. to QSY to 11220. I followed over and
heard a really loud seemingly constant tone (bell sounding) noise over
everything which I rx all the time (S-4 to S-5). Andrews said he was
in the clear and then went what I think I heard Andrews say, "mode 60"
secure. I'm not sure what type of encryption or protocol it was, but I
could readily identify it upon hearing it and didn't have recorder
setup. Shortly after, Andrews came back announcing "Andrews in the
clear" and I can assume comms were finished thus switching back to
11175.

Any ideas? I'm new to HF monitoring.. I remember there being several
sites with .wav / .mp3 files of identified digital signals and what
they were but I lost them or they are out of existence.
