[Scan-DC] Arlington PD?

Attenuator!  Good idea, thanks Mike, I'll have to try that.  I heard 
somewhere (who knows where) that Arlington had to reduce their power due to 
interference with... something, can't remember what.  But will turn on the 
attenuation and try it.
