[Scan-DC] COG Radio Assignments

Ed and all,

Ref the Montgomery Fire radios, the way I understand this, it affects only 
the radios in the fire apparatus, correct?  IE, no talkgroups are being 
changed or reassigned or whatever, so this migration won't affect those of 
us with digital trunking scanners - is that right?
