[Scan-DC] RE: Cuts in Homeland Security aid could hurt county

Prince George's County has been "upgrading" their radio system since I came
on the department 18 years ago.  In 18 years I have had a total of two
differant models of portable and the latest one we've had for about 5 years
(?) and they are being replaced now.  Lots of money spent!
