[Scan-DC] helicopter traffic in Alexandria

There was a lot of helicopter traffic along the Alexandria waterfront
last night, around 8 p.m., and there has been some traffic tonight as
well. I do not think it was related to the crane collapse at 4 p.m.
Thursday on the new Woodrow Wilson Bridge construction site. These do not
sound like medevac helicopters. My guess is that they are bigger. As they
are around after dark, I cannot get a good look at them. They might as
well be the oft-rumored black helicopters, for all I can tell.
