[Scan-DC] FBI Using a Different Plane?

I'm sure it was the FBI circling over Alexandria repeatedly this
afternoon around 4:30 p.m. EST, but instead of the expected Cessna 172,
they were using a twin-engine plane. It was about twice as high as usual
too.
