[Scan-DC] helicopter traffic in Alexandria

Since the recent NORAD operations, there have been a number of OH-58 
Kiowa helicopters over DC.  I think they are part of the exercises, 
as I've seen them in hover and orbits over SE DC and parts of the 
Potomac (I'm not sure if DCNG has OH-58s or not).  I saw two or three 
at the 'Eagles Nest' Park Police heliport a week or so ago.
