I've coded up a page on the RadioReference wiki website that gathers together some of the more common tips, software and questions about recording audio from your scanner. The page can be found here...

http://www.radioreference.com/wiki/index.php/Recording_Software_and_Tips

As a Wikipedia application, once you've registered with the Wiki part of the site (it's seperate from registering on RadioReference, and just as free i.e. no cost), you can add links, correct and add tips, fix descriptions, ect. In fact, if folks can add articles and discussions to the wiki, that would no doubt help the newcomers as well as the more experienced among us.

When you are adding articles, tips and data into the discussion page, please be as specific as possible. The more information you can give, the better folks can use it as a reference if they run into a similar problem.
