[Scan-DC] Assistance with pro-96.

Hello,
I am a blind scanner listener.
I just got the Radio Shack pro-96 and was wondering if any one could help me program it via the computer interface as well as teach me the basics of operating  it?
I am in Pg County and would appreciate any help.
