I think these people do this just to confuse me. I am used to there being
dedicated interplane freqs and dedicated OPS freqs. Gonna have to call these
folks and get them inline with everone else> :-)

Jeff,
283.75 is definitely the 457th AS Ops freq. 283.875 is a nationwide
interplane freq used by the JOSA aircraft. Since the 457th takes part in
JOSAC missions as well as it's own missions, it's logical that they would
have both freqs in their pre sets and pilots being pilots they will probably
use both them somewhat interchangeably.
