[Scan-DC] News organization feed frequencies

Speaking of which, does anyone have any thoughts / ideas on what 
organizations/frequencies/whatever might make the best listening on Inaug 
Day?  I'm sure there'll be lots to choose from...

(What was the thread we had awhile back about how many radios were 
"enough"?)  :)

MPDC, obviously, but are they encrypted?  I don't normally listen to DC govt 
stuff...
DC fire, I suppose, but I've heard that they cut off their repeater links 
for sensitive stuff...

Maybe the news orgs _will_ be the best - I would guess that a lot of other 
stuff will be encrypted - what d'y'all think?
