[Scan-DC] News organization feed frequencies

I'll be listening to: 1) MPDC SOD which, I believe, operates on their CMD-2
talk group. MPDC also has several special event talk groups, SE1, SE1A,
SE2, etc., one or more of which may be used. 2) The Capitol Hill PD
frequencies: 169.225 (inside dispatch), 165.5375 (outside dispatch), 170.175
(tac), 165.25 (command), 162.6125 (spec. ops). All of these were active
during the Reagan funeral. 3) U.S. Park: 166.925 (dispatch), 166.725
(primary tac), 167.075 (tac), 166.85 (tac).

All of the conventional VHF frequencies were, at my last listen, in the
clear.

Doug - You'll need to set up your trunked radio to receive MPDC's system,
which is a Motorola Astro 3600 system. It's different from the system used
by Montgo. County. Unfortunately, I can tell you how to do it for a Pro-96
but have no idea how to do it for your rig.

Ed
