[Scan-DC] ANG stuff up today

  Looks like more training going on 142.3 (likely MD ANG); 143.15 (Angry), 139.9 were also heard earlier this afternoon as well as 127.275 (popular DC ANG) someone calling in for wx report.  
  Also heard really bad audio on 292.2 (Mussel); did manage to catch them going over to 141.7 (new for me) - this freq is evidently being used for coordiation (flights moving in/out of pattern, ect.)
