[Scan-DC] ANG stuff up today

Unfortunately I missed the days events as I was away recently (this
afternoon) on Detached Assignment on foreign soil(kid's bedrooms), while
assigned to clandestine tasks(hanging curtain rods). I was able to catch a
little of the DC ANG guys up but they were on the PAX River freqs apparently
in the test areas. I wasn't able to open up a bank of their A-A freqs due to
recent Orders from Supreme Commander(Wife) advising possible harm to my
posterior if I was unable to accomplish this mission in a timely fashion.
