[Scan-DC] 251.45 active as heard form Southern MD @ 2:06 local

Have  Navy Salty Dog 204 conducting flight test on 241.45. 

 

If anybody is in listening range, it is pretty neat to listen to as this is
a "HOT MIKE" type of flight test. You will hear all comms both from and to
the Pilot on this freq no matter what freq his radio is
transmitting/receiving on.
