[Scan-DC] BC-796 lost programming in mobile.

It is possible that DC voltage related "spikes" or "nulls" or related
whatever can mess up a scanner or transceiver. I have a Radio Shack 2 meter
transceiver with the 12VDC wired to the ignition switch section fuse. On more
than one occasion over the past few years after starting the engine the
transceiver has lost all of the channels' programing. I have to reprogram
every channel again. It's unpredictable when it happens. I could connect the
12VDC directly to the battery but the tradeoff is forgetting to turn off the
transceiver when finished driving and suffer a dead battery.
I haven't tried my BC796 mobile yet. Fortunately if I do have a programing
loss problem, I can use ARC250 software and reload the banks.
