[Scan-DC] Fox Chapel Germantown

Wondered what was going on up there.  Wild times the last couple of nights 
in Montgomery's 5th and 6th districts - last night just before 11, somebody 
jumped out of an 8th floor window at Asbury Methodist Village in 
Gaithersburg... would have to assume it was a senior citizen.  Wow.  
Difficult to imagine taking _that_ way out, no matter how bad things get.  
Whew.
