Incident ongoing in Fox Chapel subdivision (I-270 & Middlebrook).  Woman 
apparently has baricaded herself in a house.  Swat teams, command Center, armored 
vehicles and cruisers blocking entrances to Fox Chapel.  

I live in Fox Chapel and am prevented from getting my vehicle in.  Command 
van is at phone box to connect into the lines at Chapelgate and 355.

Do not have trunk capability yet.
