[Scan-DC] CG Cutters in Baltimore area

All,

In the last few days I've heard the USCGC Willow (WLB-203, Newport RI) and 
the USCGC Abbie Burgess (WLM-553, Rockland ME) operating in the Baltimore Harbor 
area.  I'm not sure if they are newly deployed here or just in the area for 
temporary duty or work in the Curtis Bay Shipyard.
