Welcome to the BRS Web Site!
This is the site of the Base Radio Systems program. BRS is a competitively
awarded set of contracts that offer a complete menu of Land Mobile Radio
products to all U.S. Federal Agencies worldwide. Within this site, you will
find information about the BRS program, the nature of the available work
efforts described as Program Categories, points of contact at the BRS
Management Office and various links to BRS contractors and other government
sites. The BRS contracts will be available for the next ten years and will,
through individual delivery order competitions, ensure our customers receive
the best technology and services industry has to offer at competitive
prices.
The BRS Management Office exists for the sole purpose of providing
relatively easy access for Federal customers to the commercial LMR
marketplace. We are always open to thoughts and ideas as to how we can
improve the utility of our site. Please submit any ideas or comments you
have to the brs e-mail address listed at the bottom of this page.
