[Scan-DC] Excellent Wx Freq Conditions

  I'm getting excellent sigs on ALL the 162.*** wx freqs.The best one,or 
should say furthest,is 162.525 WWG-52 out'a Altoona,Pa!

  It's the first time I've ever got sigs on every wx freq between 162.4 -> 
162.55.
