  I'm getting some short in-the-clear traffic on 387.05.

  "021 to" somebody x2.Real good sig but kind'a sounds like when you talk & 
you're to close to the mike.

I'll go ahead & tie the scanner to the p/c to try & record something.Trans 
are short & long periods of nothing.

Maybe,if this is indeed related,we can get some decent text before they go 
to all encrypted trans.
