[Scan-DC] Yesterdays "Reagon" scan VHF GOV

"Reagon" scan VHF-Hi Gov. hits. in no order.. i noticed a lot of freqs that 
i never hit on before.. a lot of activity on all of them in the span of like 
30 min...

all activity monitored with an analog scanner.. so im just guessing on the 
digital signals

163.45 - trunk control ch?
168.65 - faint signal.. "check south side.."
166.95 - unknown police.. us park service??
163.7 - voice paging
164.525 - paging
166.075 - encrypted (repeater)
168.3 - voice (repeater) "524 to control" park svc rangers .. great falls 
etc..
167.9 - (repeater) encrypted
166.325 - paging/data/enc?
165.7375 - encrypted/simplex
165.2875 - encrypted
165.2375 - us customs encrypted
167.925 - dead air.. repeater keyed
167.3125 - encrypted
167.3625 - encrypted

162.7875 - encrypted/encoded signal.. weird sounding encryption.. almost 
sounded like it was freq hopping.. it sounded like encryption that was 
clipping on off on off..

162.3125 - data/enc/trunk ch?

168.975 - encrypted repeater
164.9875 - (repeater) encrypted - gov police../ security i forgot the 
official name

and as always, a full signal constant signal on ** 169.6 mhz fm **- sounds 
like white noise..
