[Scan-DC] Russian military aircraft over the US

The first Russian military aircraft to fly a surveillance mission as 
part of the "Open Skies Treaty" has landed in the US.  The US has 
done a number of overflights over Russia, but this will be the first 
over the US.

Unfortunately, the plane is in CA and the flight will be somewhere 
over Alaska (go figure).  But it might be interesting in the next few 
months if they follow up this mission with others in our 
neighborhood.  If I hear of anything in our neck of the woods I'll 
let the MILAIR guys know.
