[Scan-DC] Helicopter "sheriff one"

   Isn't this the sheriff  who either owns and flies or rents a private helicopter for county "sheriff" use?  I believe there was a recent newspaper article about him either renting or using his own helicopter for "sheriff"
use.  If someone should be injured when he was flying it or involved in an action, the county could be sued for damages.
