I agree re the PCR1000.It's rock solid stable with excellent
intermod,rejection,ect performance.Plus out of all the *wide-band* radios
I've tried the PCR1000 is,by far,the best at hf.'Course it still can't
compete with a decent dedicated hf radio.
BUT the slooow scan speed & one-bank-at-a-time scanning puts a big dent
in its good side.If one is into alot of different types of sigs (or just
alot of freqs) scanned then another scanner,one with fast scan numbers,is a
must.
