[Scan-DC] 364.2 MHz active?

A few minutes ago, I heard a lady talking on 364.2 MHz AM at 1850 UTC. (1450 local).

My notes say that this is:

* NORAD Call sign: NORAD SECTOR.

* AICC Primary, Nationwide command frequency

* Air Force AWACS E3s/Huntress

* NE Reg Data Link Controler (Northern Lights)


I'll use my Yaesu VX-2R to scan between 225 and 400 MHz today.  I don't have a fancy scanner like a Uniden 786.  :)
