[Scan-DC] High-Altitude Helicopter Orbiting Over Alexandria

There's a helicopter orbiting over the south end of Alexandria - over the
Belle Haven Country Club, more or less - right now, 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.
What's particularly unusual is that he is about a mile up, quite high for
a helicopter.

Early this morning - 12:30 a.m. - I heard what sounded like the FBI's
Cessna 172 flying around. I didn't get a good look at him.

I haven't had my scananer on. What's up?
