[Scan-DC] unknown 460 mhz system at BWI

Anyone up for a little research work? If you live around BWI, you're
sure to notice this signal, as it's very strong here in the Glen Burnie
area. A quick check of the FCC DB confirms the callsign belongs to United
Airlines; I'm using Trunker 3.8.3 (which I know has problems with 400 mhz
systems) and T4Win doesn't work for me, so at least some of this info is
questionable, but it's a start. Thanx to Eric Cottrell who helped me
interpret some of this...
