[Scan-DC] Help with PRO-96

Hi all, my wonderful wife got me the RS PRO-96 this weekend for my
birthday.  She had the guy at the store program it for FX county using
the virtual folder, but I still need someone who understands this
scanner to help me out with the basics.  I can start a scan and turn on
bank #4 (FXCO), but when I try Montgomery county or DC I seem to get a
lot of digital signals (scrambled) and I need someone to look at the
screen and make sure everything is set up correctly.

If anyone living near Falls Church is interested in helping just email
