Hi Carl,
Assuming you are in the DC metro area, your new digital scanner will allow
you to listen to many of the public safety agencies in the area which have
recently converted from analog to APCO-25 digital systems. A partial list
includes:
-DC
-Montgomery County
-Fairfax County
-Loudoun County
-Prince William County
-MWAA

> I recently got a BC785D w/the APCO P25 card. I'm looking for frequencies
that the P25 card can open up for me. I tried the Federal Protective
Services freq's but I cannot hear anything up here in the far Northwest
corner of Montgomery County. I did pick up some traffic on 170.125 but I'm
not sure who it is. I would appreciate any frequencies that your P25 card
has been successful with.
