[Scan-DC] Bowie Volunteer Fire Department MD - Freqs

   Probably since 2002 sometime; I first saw them in the last Capitol Hill 
Monitors  newsletter, and I posted these 453 mhz freqs on our fire/ems page 
shortly thereafter (March 2003).  So it's been almost a year.  Interesting 
link, tho.
