[Scan-DC] MPD APCO-25 Newly Monitored TGs

Now that I think about it.. i remember the radio shop guy talking about the
5 channel SOD radios.. I have listed 5 encrypted TGs.. I wonder if those are
the 5 SOD Surveillance channels that were already running in 5 channel astro
simplex.. It would make sense to me.. One can only assume..
