I've got some more new talkgroups, from monitoring done yesterday. See
this page for details:

All seven police districts appear to be using the trunked system for
operations as of this morning.
Talkgroup 2592 was used yesterday for radio coverage testing. Two guys
were talking to each other from different locations and rating reception
and sound quality on a 1 to 5 scale. Two of the locations they were
testing were the MCI Center and some place where they weren't allowed to
take pictures. (They were taking photos of their locations, so they
would know exactly where they were standing when transmitting.) They
were also testing how the 800 MHz radio sounded when transmitting and
receiving to the 460 MHz radio and vice versa. This is obviously to
assure interoperability between MPD's system and the DC Fire/Emergency
Management Agency's system.
Ten talkgroups (so far) are using encryption.
