New Monitored TGs Today, Tuesday Sep 30th, 2003.

Note on already listed TG (16400) - The dispatcher was unable to copy a unit
and said he should be on Mode 1 Zone 1. Apparently there are different
mode/zone configs between the mobiles and handhelds..
