It's actually 143.990 output and it's a MARS repeater. It's located at =
Ft.
Meade. You must be a MARS member to use it. There are a few other MARS
repeaters in the DC area in the 142-144Mhz range, as well as HF freqs on =
DoD
freqs that MARS use.

I keep getting audio of a repeater identifying on this freq. I can't =
