I just caught the ID with half an ear. It sounded like AAA3MD/R, which is
the call of the Maryland Army MARS repeater. Since this frequency is just
below the 2 Meter ham band, where several MARS repeaters are located, this
ID would make sense. I don't know the repeater's location, but it would be
used for comms between hams who are Army MARS members.

Folks,
I keep getting audio of a repeater identifying on this freq. I can't seem to
find any useful info on the net about its usage.
Anybody have any thought on this one?
