[Scan-DC] Montgomery FD Mutual Aid

Bethesda-Chevy Chase used to respond to calls in AU/Friendship Heights area
of Northwest DC.  I assume that was mutual aid.  Does Montgomery County
dispatch those units?  My guess is that is what you heard.
