Just identified the unknown ship from an online photograph.

Turns out the ship was the EPA Research Vessel Peter W. Anderson.
Formerly PG-86- USS Antelope. Must be in Baltimore for something.

In other maritime news, the Japanese destroyer Setogiri is in
Baltimore as well. It departs at 9:00 AM on Friday, for those
interested in monitoring.

>>Hi,
>>
>>A ship has just sailed by and I can't figure out who it belongs to.
>>It looks like a cutter, about 200 feet or so, but it is all white
>>with a large, diagonal green (or blue) stripe down the side. It
>>doesn't look to have armaments (but it is far away) but does have
>>what looks to be a small boat launch on back and several antennas
>>on the mast. Definitely no USCG markings or NOAA markings.
>>
>>Does Customs have ships like this? DHS? Maybe a Canadian vessel
>>(cannot see any flags).
