[Scan-DC] Cove Point LNG operations tomorrow

Cove Point Liquefied Natural Gas facility will receive it's first 
shipment in nearly 20 years tomorrow, accompanied by an extensive Coast 
Guard security operation.  The details are not entirely clear, but I 
would expect we might hear some interest comms on the Coast Guard freqs 
(I think it will be the Annapolis unit that covers it, but I'm not 
sure).  The tanker is going to be boarded by an armed CG team prior to 
arrival and we'll probably see some sort of air cover.
