[Scan-DC] Montgomery County System

Montgomery fire is simulcasting the dispatch channel (7A) on VHF channel 2
(154.16) and its operations channel (7B) on VHF channel 1 (153.95).  It will
continue to do this.  Montgomery police is temporarily simulcasting its
trunked channels onto its old UHF channels.

Folks,

I keep seeing you folks referring to this new system in Montgomery County.
The past 2 nights I have been getting comms from what appears to be
Montgomery County but the transmissions are coming in on St. Mary's County's
System.

I imagine Montgomery is still simucasting on one or two of the old freqs
into the new system and are probably the same freqs as what St. Mary's is
simucasting on.

I can't say I have heard any police activity as yet but definitely plenty of
Fire Dept. related stuff.
