[Scan-DC] 342 MHz Follow Up

Folks,

I think I have figured out what the weather related comms on 342 MHz were
that I heard yesterday. I have in my old lists that DOVER was using 342.5
MHz as the PMSV freq. But last night upon checking the IFR Supp I see they
are now listing the freq as 342. 

I am not sure when they changed this but it I assume it has been recently.
