[Scan-DC] 311.2 MHZ ??? heard from Southern MD area.

Folks,
Today I had recorded a brief transmission on 311.2 heard from the Southern
MD area.

All I copied was "Ops Control 84MIKE on Uniform". I am thinking the Ops
portion at the beginning was cut off and was actually "Wallops".

Anyway, a quick net search reveals this freq is used at Wallops Island.

NASA Aircraft Operations: 311.200

I was wondering if anybody could give me good confirmation that this ID is
good for this freq. I would like tag as such is it is correct.
