[Scan-DC] Potomac Harbor Units Follow Up

All,
Update: It just dawned on me that the Air and Marine Interdiction (AMI)
units formerly of the US Customs Service are being realigned within DHS
under the new Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and
not BCBP. Please revise earlier reference.
FYI: ICE is the Department's investigatory arm and is staffed by special
agents from Customs, INS, and FPS.
