[Scan-DC] PG County Fire Channel Lineup Changes

I must be getting old.
I remember when P.G. did it the way it is now (right now)
and was surprised when the started dispatching on 2 and
responding on 1. That just sort of rubbed me the wrong way,
you know what I mean?
I mean, channel 1 is the primary channel, so it deserves
to be dispatch. I don't know why that never bothered me
with Montgomery, but everyone knows Montgomery fire is
the coolest around. :-)
