[Scan-DC] PG County Fire Channel Lineup Changes?

The switching channels game seems to be what Montgomery County has in store
for it's new radio system.  I'm not sure how that is more effective.  One
good benefit is that all hospitals will have their own "channel" (probably
the word I'm looking for is talk group).  So to talk to a hospital, switch
to that talk group.

We'll see how all that plays out, whenever they get PS3007 up and actually
working.
